Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven intern for sales & client success with existing skills in client handling, sales prospecting, and communication. Hand-holding training will not be provided; candidates must be ready to engage in lead follow-ups and documentation from day one.
Convert residential, dealer, and inbound opportunities while keeping customers properly informed through installation and after-sales processes.
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Prospect residential customers, apartment associations, dealers, and small commercial clients.
Qualify roof ownership, sanctioned load, electricity consumption, budget, and financing readiness.
Arrange engineering surveys and follow up on quotations.
Coordinate down payments, invoices, and FI documentation.
Develop and maintain the module-dealer network.
Track installation status, handover, warranties, referrals, and after-sales tickets, while maintaining collections follow-ups.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoicing follow-ups, and customer record management in CRM.
