Job Context:
∎ "Pandora" is shop basically deals with Gift, Toys, Ornaments and Organic Food etc. It has online platform as well is looking for a smart, energetic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join with this new retail venture.
∎ Morning (9AM - 1PM) & (4PM - 10PM)
∎ Location - Shawrapara, Kazipara, Mirpur-10
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service & behavior
∎ Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information about product features
∎ Build productive trust relationships with the customers
∎ "Go the extra mile" to drive customer satisfaction with high quality services
∎ Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of the assigned areas
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Management regularly.
∎ Process POS (point of sale) purchases
∎ Comply with inventory control procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
∎ Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
∎ Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Hands-on experience with POS transactions
∎ Familiarity with inventory procedures
∎ Solid communication and interpersonal skills
∎ A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
∎ Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Salary: Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
