• CA (CC), CMA or SAP Certified Associate credentials are preferred.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance / Controlling or SAP migration projects.

• Functional expertise in CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger / Actual Costing and CO-PA / Margin Analysis.

• Understanding of SAP FI, MM, PP and SD integration.

• Experience in overhead accounting, variance analysis and financial period closing.

• Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials and process documentation.

• Strong analytical, presentation, corporate communication and stakeholder-management skills in English and Bangla.

• Improves cost transparency, costing accuracy and profitability analysis.

• Strengthens financial control and management accounting processes across business units.

• Supports reliable manufacturing cost analysis and period-end closing.

• Reduces manual workarounds and improves the quality of management information.

• Willingness to travel to local factory and office sites when required by project or support activities.

Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "SAP CO Consultant- IT (SAP)" at Dhaka.

The talent we are looking for will be the following experience:

A. SAP CO Design and Configuration

• Design, configure and maintain SAP CO sub-modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (CO-PC) and Margin Analysis / Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

• Maintain controlling structures, master data, allocations, assessment and distribution cycles, planning and period-end processes.

• Assess configuration impacts and maintain functional documentation for approved changes.

B. Business Process Mapping and Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and understand existing financial and management accounting practices.

• Map business workflows into SAP-standard processes and recommend practical process improvements.

• Work closely with CFOs, Finance Directors, business unit heads, plant teams and other stakeholders to validate requirements and priorities.

C. Integration, Testing and Deployment

• Ensure robust integration of SAP CO with FI, MM, PP and SD modules.

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows (RICEFW).

• Lead or coordinate unit, integration and user acceptance testing; manage defect resolution and test evidence.

• Support data migration for cost objects, cutover activities, go-live and post-implementation stabilization.

D. Product Costing, Closing and Continuous Improvement

• Provide strong functional support for Product Costing (CO-PC), Material Ledger and Actual Costing in manufacturing environments.

• Support overhead accounting, variance analysis and monthly / yearly financial closing activities.

• Troubleshoot complex configuration and process issues and develop or enhance management reports.

• Train end users, prepare user manuals and provide ongoing functional support.
