Senior Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Context:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in graphics design, video editing, social media management, and overall digital marketing support.

This role requires someone who can combine creative content production with digital marketing execution. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual and video content, managing digital platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across online channels.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.

• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Develop and implement social media content calendars in line with marketing objectives.

• Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and other relevant KPIs.

• Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, creative preparation, monitoring, and performance reporting.

• Conduct basic competitor, market, audience, and digital trend research.

• Support SEO, email marketing, website content, and other digital marketing activities when required.

• Stay updated on current social media trends, content formats, digital marketing tools, and platform best practices.

Graphics Design

• Create high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.

• Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, infographics, thumbnails, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

• Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, typography, layouts, and overall visual communication.

• Adapt creative materials into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.

• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into compelling visual content.

Video Editing & Content Production

• Create and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital campaigns.

• Produce Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product/service videos, corporate videos, motion graphics, and other digital content.

• Add appropriate captions, transitions, music, graphics, voiceovers, and visual effects to improve content quality and engagement.

• Assist with video shooting, photography, and content production when required.

• Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Campaign & Team Support

• Coordinate with the marketing, sales, business development, and other relevant teams to understand campaign requirements.

• Convert marketing briefs and business objectives into creative and digital content.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, or other vendors when required.

• Maintain an organized library of creative assets, videos, photographs, and marketing materials.

• Support events, product launches, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, graphics design, video editing, social media, or a similar role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphics design and video editing skills.

• Practical experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.

• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.

• Strong understanding of visual composition, branding, typography, color, and creative communication.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
