The candidate should have practical experience in both package yarn dyeing and loose fiber dyeing, including:

• Selecting, installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting dyeing machinery.

• Setting up dyeing processes for cotton, polyester, viscose, acrylic, and blended materials, as relevant to the factory’s product range.

• Controlling liquor ratio, temperature, pressure, pH, chemical dosing, circulation, and dyeing time.

• Managing pre-treatment, washing, after-treatment, hydro-extraction, drying, and finishing.

• Understanding yarn/package preparation, winding density, package build, carrier loading, and uniform liquor circulation.

• Understanding loose fiber opening, blending, carrier loading, dyeing, extraction, drying, and fiber handling.
