Responsibilities & Context
Ensure accurate receipt, storage and issuance of materials and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with FIFO, LIFO and FEFO principals.
Minimize stock variance, damage and product expiry.
Maintenance accurate records and update ERP/ Oracle/ SAP systems on time.
Coordinate with procurement, SCM, production, QC and Finance departments.
Ensure timely material supply to production as per operational requirements.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and near-expiry inventory and take corrective actions.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operation issues promptly.
