- Age At least 18 years
Minimum 2–3 years of professional visualization experience.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.Strong skills in V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, Lumion, or similar rendering software.Ability to produce photorealistic interior renderings.Strong understanding of architectural drawings, proportions, materials, and lighting.Experience with residential and commercial interior projects.Ability to work with U.S. measurements (feet and inches).Good English communication skills.Reliable computer and internet connection.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Create accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop detailed 3D interior models using SketchUp.
Produce high-quality, photorealistic interior renderings.
Create virtual walkthroughs and interior animations.
Model custom cabinetry, furniture, millwork, and architectural details.
Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting.
Revise drawings and renderings based on design feedback.
Collaborate with the Principal Designer to ensure design accuracy.
