Job Context:
∎ MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: The Senior Financial Analyst will be a member of Project Team and be responsible for ensuring compliance to MSH`s finance policies and procedure, standards and local laws and regulations. The Senior Financial Analyst will enforce internal control through review and monitoring of financial transactions and documents to safeguard resources and report the status of the expenditure and budget. She/he will support the respective Country Project Director for ensuring that MSH operations are efficient and effective, in compliance with MSH standards, donor regulations and local country laws.
∎ Under the supervision of the Country Project Director, Senior Financial Analyst develops routine and ad hoc financial reports, regularly budget updates for different technical activities and other project expenditure to ensure the regular flow of accurate and relevant financial information for enhanced project management and planning. He/she will be responsible for BHB project to meet NGOAB`s all kind of requirements. Additionally, this position will prepare and enter in accounting transactions. The Senior Financial Analyst is aware of and adheres to the MSH Procurement Integrity policy and is responsible for safeguarding the assets (financial and physical) of MSH and ultimately donor against fraud, loss, or misuse.
