∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Proven professional experience in Food Security & Livelihood (FSL) project: 1 year minimum.
∎ Proven professional experience in Project Cycle Management: 1 year minimum
∎ Diploma in Agriculture with at least 4 years experience on FSL activities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in partners organization’s foundation training to facilitate FSL part of the project.
∎ Ensure implementation of FSL (Cash Assistance, kitchen gardening)  activities under  guidance of the PM, according to the workplan developed with the PM
∎ Participate in development of project follow-up and supervision tools.
∎ Apply the project’s follow-up and supervision tools·       Supervise the beneficiaries selection process by the local partner and participate in the selection process.
∎ Assist PM in establishment of a beneficiaries data base system.
∎ Capacity building of beneficiaries (training, technical assistance, exposure visit etc.).
∎ Support to beneficiaries and support them in establishing homestead garden/kitchen garden.
∎ Identify and inform the PM of any problems or constraints.
∎ Propose solutions or improvements for the smooth running of the project;Coordinate the field activities and provide technical support to the local partner’s staff in the field.
∎ Liaison with government service providers and facilitate the partner staff to collaborate with the service provider.
∎ Conduct training needs assessment of the partner staff on the FSL components of the project
∎ Participate in training module development on FSL for staff and beneficiaries training in coordination with other SPOs of the project.
∎ Facilitate sessions of FSL part of the staff training.
∎ Arrange refreshers training for staffs.
∎ Provide follow-up support to the beneficiaries
∎ Participate in developing different monitoring tools such as baseline & end line survey, post distribution monitoring (PDM).
∎ Assist in organising and conducting baseline & end line survey, PDM.
∎ Regular monitoring and follow-up the project’s progress.
∎ Assist PM with adequate information and progress data in writing relevant reports (APR, donor report, monitoring report, etc.)
∎ Participate in food security joint need assessments and surveys when needed.
∎ Participate in emergency food security response if any kind of disaster occurred
∎ Read and ensure full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards and Child Protection policies, asking questions and/or for support when require.
∎ Implement work-related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas for our staff and beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure that gender equity principles are integrated in all policies and activities relevant to your work.
∎ Ensure the participation and promote gender balance in all activities in the filed.
∎ Help build in inclusive office environment  where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender, age or disability.
∎ Participate in emergency response activities if assigned by the organization
∎ Participate in the needs assessment for emergency response.
∎ Implement do no hard policy in the emergency response
