Asahi Bangla Auto is looking to recruit a qualified, responsible, and customer-service-oriented Service Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome vehicle owners and drivers visiting the workshop and document their problems and complaints in detail.
Assign jobs to appropriate technicians based on the vehicle's problems and the nature of the required work.
Manage and supervise the workshop service floor and monitor the progress of each vehicle's service or repair work.
Ensure that all jobs are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
Provide customers with estimated costs for vehicle repairs and servicing, as required.
Coordinate with the front desk to verify completed work details and assist in preparing final bills.
Maintain effective communication and coordination among customers, technicians, and the front desk.
Ensure customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and discipline within the workshop.
