• Age 18 to 45 years

1. Knowledge of yarn dyeing processes and dyeing chemistry.

2. Ability to control shade variation and minimize reprocessing.

3. Knowledge of dye and chemical consumption control.

4. Ability to supervise operators and maintain production records.

5. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

1. Supervise daily yarn dyeing operations according to the production plan.
2. Ensure shade matching and quality compliance with approved standards.
3. Monitor  yarn dyeing parameters, chemical dosing, temperature, pH, and processing time.
4. Minimize re-dyeing, rejection, and material wastage.
5. Coordinate with the laboratory, planning, quality, and maintenance teams.
6. Ensure achievement of production targets and timely batch completion.
7. Maintain production reports and comply with workplace safety requirements.

8.Any others task assign by Management.
