Responsibilities & Context
Maintain employee attendance records and ensure the accurate processing of attendance, overtime, and shift schedules.
Check bills and vouchers, ensuring that all purchases and expenditures comply with approved purchase requisitions and company policies.
Ensure the smooth operation of the factory canteen by providing quality food and services in a cost-effective manner within the approved budget.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the factory premises, including the administrative building, floors, roads, washrooms, and canteen, to maintain a healthy working environment.
Ensure workplace fire safety in compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Law and NFPA standards and guidelines.
