Job Context:
∎ Joypurhat Rural Development Movement (JRDM) is a national Non-Government Development Organization which was born in the shape of a youth club in 1985. The main objective of the club was help the disaster affected people of the northern part of Bangladesh. Later the youth club turned into a non-profit organization and got its new name "Joypurhat Rural Development Movement (JRDM)".
∎ JRDM is currently implementing a project entitled with "Promoting Native Chicken and Ecological Farming Practices in Joypurhat District Poultry Sector Microenterprises" which is funded by the World Bank and supported by Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). JRDM is also implementing Microenterprise Development Project (MDP), Livelihood Restoration Loan (LRL), JRDM Health Program, Bangladesh Rural Wash for HCD Project, Free Wheel Chair distribution activities, ENRICH Program, Elder Project etc.
∎ Location: Joypurhat Sadar, Joypurhat.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and Supervise of all technical activities and project staffs.
∎ Prepare action plan for field activities in every month and implement accordingly.
∎ Liaison with Donor, Partner and other stakeholder and report it to Project Manager.
∎ Arrange training and workshop on poultry and conduct meeting as per requirements.
∎ Frequently field visit in the working area.
∎ Plan and allocate feed and feed making procedure and deliver it among the poultry microenterprises.
∎ Prepare all kinds of reports as per requirements and deliver it to the Project Manager.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the authority as per the project requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 1 year, encouraging fresh graduate to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the poultry farm management and other related program.
∎ Candidate bearing motorcycle with a valid driving license will be preferred.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per the project policy.
