Job Context
SM Mozammel Travels is looking for a motivated, confident, and responsible female candidate for the position of Telemarketing Executive. The selected candidate will communicate with potential clients over the phone, introduce the company's services, and follow up with interested customers.
Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference. Fresh candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's services.
Provide accurate information about visa assistance, work permit opportunities, air ticketing, and other travel-related services.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Identify potential customers and generate business leads through telephone calls.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Maintain client information and follow-up records.
Respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally.
Support the company's telemarketing and sales activities.
