Welfare Officer

Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.

Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.

Handling grievances at the initial stage.

Listening to workers and counseling them as well.

Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.

Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.

Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.

Coordinating activities of medical issues including its compliance issues.

Carrying out different awareness programmers as per requirements of different Buyers.

Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.

Maintaining registers (Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmers etc.

Recruitment & selection of workers & supervisors, Orientation, induction & training.

Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the factory through effective communication, progressive discipline, employee welfare & support, grievance handling & effective OHS Management.

Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
