• At least 10 years

• Minimum Class Eight (Class 8) pass.

• Relevant technical training or welding certification will be an advantage.

• Candidates must have practical knowledge and skills in 5G/4G welding.

• Experience in steel building manufacturing, steel fabrication, or structural steel work is highly preferred.

• Practical experience in 4G & 5G position welding is mandatory.

• Experience in industrial fabrication and reading technical drawings will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and quality standards.

• Ability to identify and prevent welding defects.

• Willingness to undergo a practical welding test.

• Good understanding of industrial safety practices.

• Responsible, disciplined, and quality-conscious.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Perform 4G & 5G position welding according to approved welding procedures and technical specifications.

• Carry out welding operations on steel components as required by production needs.

• Ensure weld quality and accuracy according to project requirements.

• Inspect weld joints and identify welding defects.

• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to meet manufacturing targets.

• Follow welding procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

• Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment properly.

Job Location: Factory located at Kalampur, Dhamrai, Dhaka.
