Accounts Officer

Support the accounting function by preparing or conducting accounting verification of expense reimbursements and payments, maintaining backup documentation, and assisting with other finance-related work to meet customer satisfaction, deadlines, and internal standards.

Maintain the whole accounting system well as with accounting software.

Process and disburse all sorts of bills including TA/DA, Salary/Bonus for the employees.

Assist with tax audits, tax returns & annual budget.

Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries.

Support month-end, year-end close process, factory visit & inventory counting.

Collect and update the record of annual subscriptions paid by the members.

Maintain petty cash and day-to-day transactions.

Prepare Financial Reports as required and submit them to the respective authority within the stipulated time.
