Manager / Deputy Manager – Finishing (Stenter)-Dyeing Factory

Lead and manage the Stenter section to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Monitor stenter machine operations, production planning and daily output.

Ensure proper temperature, speed, overfeed, width and GSM control.

Maintain fabric quality, dimensional stability and shade consistency.

Troubleshoot production and machine-related problems.

Minimize fabric rejection, reprocessing and production wastage.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and utilities.

Coordinate with Dyeing, Quality Control, Maintenance and Planning departments.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures and production targets.

Prepare daily production reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
