Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed Company is looking for a candidate for the post of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Planning & Development (Land) Dept.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have the confidence to negotiate with Land Owners.
∎ To have the ability to analyze the project in respect of the present market situation.
∎ To have a sound knowledge of FAR.
∎ To prepare any feasibility report for a particular project.
∎ Have sound knowledge of different locations of land value, costing & good negotiable knowledge about Dhaka city's prime location of land(s).
∎ To verify the Authenticity of legal papers by the lawyer for ensuring a clean title and safe possession of the land.
∎ To work well with consultants or other professionals in the land joint venture process, prepare potential acquisitions business case for senior management team review all potential acquisition documents including title, survey, approvals, or other agreements.
∎ Responsible for collections of all sorts of documents related to the land title and others from the land Owners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be smart, well-versed, and possess a pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with a professional team.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills with proper knowledge and information about Joint Venture Land Procurement.
