· Strong leadership and people-management skills.

· Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and employment practices.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

· Good analytical, reporting and documentation skills.

· Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling daily production activities.

· Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.

· Must be control sewing 9 lines.

· Monitor production progress and ensure smooth workflow across all production sections.

· Ensure product quality and minimize production defects and wastage.

· Coordinate with the Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments.

· Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

· Monitor workers' performance and ensure discipline on the production floor.

· Identify production problems and take necessary corrective actions.

· Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and company policies.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.

· Work to improve productivity, reduce production costs, and minimize wastage.

· Support the Production Manager in implementing production improvement plans.
