· Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with Max Dubey buyer requirements.

· Follow up on buyer audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective action plans (CAP).

· Must be able to operating PLR reporting about sample comments and fitting issues.

· Should be able to writing comments in English with mailing communication.

· Monitor the progress of corrective and preventive actions.

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, Merchandising, HR, and Compliance departments.

· Follow up on product quality, production progress, and shipment-related issues.

· Ensure timely preparation and submission of buyer-required documents and reports.

· Monitor buyer requirements, policies, and updated guidelines.

· Arrange and participate in internal meetings to review departmental performance and pending issues.

· Ensure proper communication between factory management and relevant departments.

· Identify operational gaps and follow up on necessary improvements.

· Maintain proper records of buyer communications, audit reports, CAPs, and follow-up activities.

· Support management in achieving buyer satisfaction and maintaining long-term business relationships.
