• Operations & Maintenance: Assist in planning and executing technical operations, preventive maintenance schedules, and infrastructure or system upgrades.

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Guide, train, and mentor junior engineers, technical assistants, and support staff; monitor daily workflow and task delegation.

• Project & Process Support: Help manage technical projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Quality & Compliance: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct system/facility audits, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Investigate technical breakdowns, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate swift corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date technical logs, documentation, asset databases, and performance reports for upper management.

• Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and internal departments (e.g., Procurement, R&D, Operations) to align on technical requirements.
