CCNA required; CCNP, Fortinet NSE or MikroTik MTCNA preferred.
Required Skills: Routing and switching (VLAN, STP, OSPF, basic BGP), firewalls (Fortinet/Sophos/Cisco), enterprise Wi-Fi, fiber testing (OTDR), monitoring (PRTG/Zabbix).
Responsibilities & Context
Design, operate and secure the LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity across all venues, offices and outdoor areas of ABG Sports City.
1.Configure and maintain routers, L2/L3 switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points.
2.Design VLANs that separate admin, guest Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, POS and IoT networks.
3.Manage primary and backup ISP links, bandwidth, failover and ISP service levels.
4.Plan high-density Wi-Fi for stadium and arena areas; run capacity tests before major events.
5.Maintain the fiber backbone, structured cabling, patch panels, rack layout and network diagrams.
6.Configure site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
7.Monitor network performance, troubleshoot outages and write root-cause reports.
8.Implement firewall rules, port security and network access control with the Cybersecurity Analyst.
9.Maintain the IP address plan, configuration backups and change log; supervise network contractors.
