Responsibilities & Context
We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Garments Manufacturing Company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Export – In Charge for our C&F section.
Manage and supervise all export-related activities, ensuring smooth and timely execution of export operations.
Verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, EXP forms, shipping bills, and other relevant documents.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export policies, and applicable government rules and regulations.
Supervise depot operations and field activities to ensure efficient handling and delivery of export shipments.
Monitor product verification, identification, and inspection to ensure accuracy and compliance with export requirements.
Manage manpower allocation, work schedules, and team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping agents, transport providers, and relevant departments to facilitate smooth export operations.
Ensure timely shipment dispatch and delivery while minimizing operational delays.
Monitor operational costs, identify excess expenses, and implement measures to control costs and minimize risks.
Prepare regular operational reports, maintain proper documentation, and ensure accountability across all export activities.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
