• Age 25 to 35 years

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, business analytics, reporting, research, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience working with client data, dashboards, digital/social data, business intelligence, or SaaS products will be an advantage.

Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:

• Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools
• Digital or social media analytics
• Consumer insights or market research
• SaaS or analytics products
• Client-facing reporting and presentations
• Data automation or workflow optimization

• Take ownership of data quality, accuracy, and consistency across assigned clients and projects.

• Examine large and complex datasets to identify anomalies, gaps, missing information, inconsistencies, and potential sources of error.

• Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, behavioral patterns, performance changes, opportunities, and risks.

• Interpret not only what happened, but also why it may have happened and what it means for the business.

• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations aligned with client objectives.

• Develop high-quality reports, dashboards, presentations, visualizations, and insight narratives.

• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Understand client objectives and translate business requirements into clear analytical deliverables.

• Coordinate with Data, Technology, Product, and client-facing teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and executed.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, quality, responsiveness, and delivery timelines.

• Participate in testing and validating dashboards, analytics features, reports, data processes, and product capabilities.

• Identify recurring analytical gaps, reporting limitations, and opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement.

• Proactively raise issues in data, methodology, reporting, dashboards, or operational processes and recommend practical solutions.
