Experience in ready-mix concrete production, quality control, and concrete testing will be preferred. Good knowledge of concrete technology and relevant ASTM/BNBC standards. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work at the company's ready-mix concrete plant and project sites.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Job Responsibilities:
Supervise ready-mix concrete production and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor concrete quality through slump tests, cube tests, and other relevant tests.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure concrete meets required standards.
Assist in mix design, trial mixes, and quality improvement activities.
Monitor raw materials such as cement, aggregates, sand, and admixtures.
Coordinate with plant operations, sales, and project site teams to ensure smooth concrete delivery.
Maintain quality control records, test reports, and related documentation.
Investigate concrete quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
