Job Summary
Universal Education is looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage student and client communications, provide accurate information about study-abroad opportunities, and build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Provide accurate information about universities, programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate appointments.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
Assist students throughout the admission and visa application process.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to improve student engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and international partners.
Educational & Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in EdTech, Call Center, Immigration/Education Consultancy, or Telecommunication will be an advantage.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Age: 20–30 years
Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of study-abroad procedures is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
Smart, confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Previous experience in education consultancy or customer support will be preferred.
