Responsibilities & Context
Promote and sell real estate projects, land shares, and property investment packages.
Identify prospective customers and generate new sales leads.
Communicate with potential customers, explain project details, and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain customer databases, sales leads, and follow-up records using CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and property-related discussions.
Support digital marketing activities through social media, email, and other digital communication channels.
Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales progress.
Provide professional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
