Job Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales strategies for real estate, Apartment projects.
Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, landowners, and corporate partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
Oversee brand management, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for the management.
