Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Masters in relevant subject from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate center based skill training on relevant trades as per the training module.
∎ Provide technical assistance and expertise in vocational training to accelerate the technical learning of the vocational training participants.
∎ Coordinate with Deputy Manager (Center Management) for quality training of the learners.
∎ Prepare procurement plan, keep tracking on the budget spending and ensure agro-inputs are reached to the project beneficiaries for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Offer technical guidance and support to the Assistant Project Offer (Technical Trainer) in center based vocational training.
∎ Facilitate donor visit, liaison with stakeholders and represent stakeholders’ coordination meeting for implementation of the project.
∎ Contribute to increase quality of the skill training activities as per the project plan.
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with the project support services such for ensuring smooth support of project activities.
∎ Attend Meeting, provide necessary report and monitoring the field staff
∎ Prepare internal and external report as necessary and asked by the supervisor
∎ Support in arrangement of different seminar, workshop, training related to the services
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the Programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on relevant vocational trade, livelihood, coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a multipurpose organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
