Job Context:
∎ Sekandar Builders Limited: like the first Real Estate Smart city project in Bangladesh, is located across from the purbachal sector & Bashundhara, approximately a 5-minute drive from the Purbachal trade fair, our corporate headquarter is located in Bashundhara aiming to provide complete smart project solutions to the progressive customers, we are looking for hardworking, Honest, innovative Healthy, dependable and strong Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist Preferably from any Real Estate company background who will be key to our success.
∎ The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization`s products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
∎ Workplace Work at office Bashundhara.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
∎ Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media (Face book, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube), search engines, and display advertising
∎ Interacting with customers online
∎ Listing the company on social media and ensuring activities on different social media platforms- Face book, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus, You Tube etc.
∎ Managing company's social media Writing informative and effective search engine optimized -SEO copy for the website and external blog postings
∎ Be familiar with Google Ad words and sponsored ads
∎ Development of brand awareness and online reputation
∎ Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant
∎ Edit and post photos, videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
∎ Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Digital Marketing, Lead Generation ,Script writer, SEO and Digital, SEO Expert
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, Real Estate / Property , Web Media/Blog,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas :Software Skill, Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing, Graphics Design etc
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, Illustrator
∎ Preference will be given to those skilled in motorcycle driving
