Responsibilities & Context
Supervise daily operation, inspection, and performance of all lifts and escalators.
Monitor preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance carried out by vendors.
Attend major faults, emergencies, and rescue operations when required.
Ensure proper housekeeping of lift cabins, escalators, machine rooms, and control panels.
Assist in technical evaluation of spare parts, offers, and repair proposals.
Guide and supervise technicians, operators, and control room staff.
