Responsibilities & Context
1. Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
2. Monitor food preparation, quality, taste, and presentation.
3. Supervise catering staff, including cooks, kitchen helpers, and service personnel.
4. Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen sanitation, and personal cleanliness.
5. Maintain daily records of food production, consumption, and leftovers.
6. Understand food menus, meal planning, and requisition procedures.
7. Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely food preparation and service.
9. Manage kitchen resources efficiently and minimize food wastage.
10. Ensure proper staff discipline and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
