Responsibilities & Context
Market Research & Content Development (70%)
Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, emerging trends in the Bangladesh economy and potential business opportunities.
Analyze industry trends, skill requirements and market insights to support the development of relevant digital learning products.
Use modern AI tools to support research, content creation and digital learning product development.
Develop, review and refine learning content to ensure accuracy, quality, clarity and a natural, engaging tone.
Support the preparation of course materials, scripts, presentations and other digital learning assets.
Maintain research databases, content documentation and project progress reports.
Business Development & User Acquisition (30%)
Support product launches, marketing initiatives and user acquisition activities.
Assist in lead generation, sales outreach, customer engagement and prospect follow-up.
Identify potential customers, distribution channels and business development opportunities.
Support initiatives to convert prospects into registered and paying learners.
Track relevant campaign and business development activities to support growth targets.
