Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities & Context.

Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Collect and process customer orders accurately.

Manage POS (Point of Sale) billing and ensure proper cash handling.

Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams for order fulfillment.

Handle inquiries about products and services.

Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer interactions.

Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and other payment-related documents.

Manage cash, card, mobile financial services and other authorized payment transactions.

Make/receive customer calls, brief products & services professionally and convert leads into confirmed customers.

Provide excellent customer support & Build and maintain long-term relationships with foreign clients.
