Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and buyer requirements.

Work closely with merchandising, planning, and commercial teams to ensure on-time shipment.

Monitor critical orders and take proactive measures to avoid delays.

Participate in production meetings and shipment review meetings.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Present production performance and improvement plan to senior management.

Provide timely updates regarding production risks and mitigation actions.

Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and industrial engineering initiatives.

Implement automation and process improvement projects.

Benchmark best practices to improve operational performance.
