∎ Master's Degree from a reputed University (Degree in Business or Commerce is preferred)

Excellent communication skill, Leadership, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Cellular Phone Operator, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ Manage, coach and lead a team
∎ Increase market share and Drive net revenue
∎ Maintain sales costs within the target identified by the executive team
∎ Responsible for overall sales growth
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
∎ Increase customer satisfaction ratings and create innovative programs for upselling
∎ Work with management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
∎ Become a mentor to the sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals
∎ Conduct interviews and hire sales staff.
∎ Develop and implement training programs that teach sales agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, and properly fill out sale paperwork.
∎ Visit different govt, autonomous, corporate and business organizations for developing business and creating new customers.
∎ Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
∎ Collect information of competition activities, ensure presence in social network, do promotional activities and gather all kinds of market information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10-15 years of experience in the domain of direct sales or corporate sales in an established organization is a requirement. Candidate with an experience in Real Estate sector will be given preference.
∎ Excels at selling intangible solutions
∎ Demonstrated ability to hire high performing salespeople
∎ Strong ability to coach sales reps to higher performance
∎ Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills
∎ Excellent leadership skills
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Fixed Salary + Commission
Compensation & Other Benefits:
