Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
Strong practical knowledge of Generator, Substation, BBT and general electrical systems/wiring.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hospitality/hotel industry experience will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context
* Supervise and maintain all hotel electrical, mechanical and technical systems.
* Ensure smooth operation and regular maintenance of Generators, Substations, BBT, MDB/DB panels and electrical wiring.
* Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
* Respond promptly to electrical and maintenance emergencies.
* Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily maintenance tasks.
* Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs and equipment servicing.
* Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards and hotel operational requirements.
* Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues efficiently.
