Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management – preferred

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field – preferred

• NSDA Certified Housekeeping candidates are highly preferred

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Hotel, Motel, Resort, Housekeeping, or Hospitality

• Fresh candidates with relevant professional certification may also be considered

Requirements:

• Age: 20–39 years

• Good English communication skills – MUST

• Valid Passport – MUST

• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance

• Hardworking, responsible and well-mannered

• Physically fit and able to work under pressure

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime when required

• Good teamwork and guest-service attitude

  Key Responsibilities :

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and assigned areas

  • Change bed linen, towels and other room amenities

  • Ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards

  • Replenish guest supplies and amenities

  • Report maintenance issues to the supervisor

  • Respond professionally to guest requests

  • Follow hotel hygiene, health and safety procedures

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor/Management
