Responsibilities & Context

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Manage floor staff, waiters, and part-timers during shifts
Ensure proper customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for order accuracy and service timing
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Prepare daily reports and assist branch management when required
