Responsibilities & Context
Designs, develops, and updates training content and materials, including presentations, learning modules, SOPs, training manual, assessments, and digital learning resources.
Works with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training materials meet operational requirements and learning objectives.
Conduct training needs analysis, align content with HSE standards, evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records in compliance with HSE standards.
