Experience Requirements:

• Practical experience in machine production within the printing section of a knit garments factory is required.

• Strong technical knowledge of printing machines, production processes, and manpower management.

• Supervise and monitor daily machine production activities in the printing section.

• Ensure smooth machine operation and achieve daily production targets.

• Manage manpower, machine allocation, and shift-wise production activities.

• Ensure printing quality, production efficiency, and minimum machine downtime.

• Monitor machine setup, maintenance coordination, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and production resources.

• Maintain production reports, machine utilization records, and efficiency data.

• Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and company policies.
