Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
A. IT Infrastructure and Network Management
1. Manage and maintain the company's computers, printers, servers, networking equipment, internet connections, Wi-Fi, and other IT infrastructure.
2. Design, implement, and maintain a reliable and secure factory network connecting the office, production, warehouse, and other departments.
3. Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, network access, and user connectivity.
4. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
5. Maintain CCTV, access control, attendance systems, and other IT-supported factory systems in coordination with relevant departments.
B. Software and Business Systems
6. Manage the company's ERP, production management, inventory, HR, payroll, accounting, and other business software, as applicable.
7. Maintain company data, shared folders, document systems, and departmental access permissions.
8. Support digitalization of production reporting, quality records, inventory, compliance documentation, and management reports.
9. Coordinate with software vendors and developers for implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
10. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.
C. Cybersecurity and Data Protection
11. Establish and enforce IT security policies, user account management, password rules, and access control.
12. Protect confidential company information, buyer data, employee records, financial data, and production information.
13. Implement regular data backups, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity plans.
14. Maintain antivirus and endpoint protection, firewall rules, software updates, and security monitoring.
15. Investigate IT security incidents and prevent unauthorized access, data loss, and malware attacks.
D. IT Support and Team Management
16. Provide technical support to office and factory employees.
17. Maintain an IT asset register covering computers, printers, networking devices, software licenses, and other equipment.
18. Establish IT maintenance schedules, troubleshooting procedures, and service-level targets.
19. Supervise IT personnel and coordinate with external IT service providers.
20. Prepare IT budgets, procurement plans, cost-control reports, and monthly management reports.
21. Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, software licenses, and vendor agreements.
