Job Context:

Ahmed Steel & Cable Industries is looking for motivated and technically competent Diploma Engineers in Mechanical Engineering to support its factory operations, production activities and machinery maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain mechanical machinery and production equipment.

2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

3. Identify mechanical faults and troubleshoot machinery breakdowns.

4. Assist in operating and maintaining industrial machines used in steel and padlock manufacturing.

5. Monitor machine performance, production efficiency and equipment conditions.

6. Maintain maintenance records, daily activity reports and spare parts requirements.

7. Support installation, adjustment and servicing of mechanical equipment.

8. Ensure proper machine safety, workplace cleanliness and maintenance standards.

9. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth factory operations.

10. Perform other technical responsibilities assigned by the management.
