Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in MS Excel, online order management, and sales reporting.

Manage daily online sales operations across the website, social media, and other digital sales channels.

Lead and supervise the online sales and customer service team.

Monitor online sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, messages, comments, and complaints.

Monitor order confirmation, processing, delivery, exchange, and return activities.

Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Monitor product listings, pricing, stock updates, and promotional offers across online platforms.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly online sales and customer service reports.

Identify opportunities to increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance team performance.

Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.

Perform other relevant duties assigned by management.
