Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & Contact all kinds of financial transaction of the organization.
∎ Monitor the accounts, records & transaction at all times to keep proper & complete accounting records of the organization.
∎ Prepare financing plan on daily basis and assist management for maintaining smooth financial operation.
∎ Finalization of party’s bills, issue all cheques, monitor all received & payment procedure and provide received & payment voucher thereon.
∎ Providing ongoing support for the professional development of the accounts dept. staff under the position.
∎ Prepared quarterly, Half yearly & yearly budget, forecast & Financial statement of the organization.
∎ Contact all departmental heads, Finance and accounts department for reconcile all financial transitions.
∎ Monitor & contact all Lighter hire bill, CNF bill, Stevedoring bill & Others related parties for financial issues of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
