Additional Requirements
Experience: At least 3-5 years of Sizing & Weaving experience (Airjet & Tsudokuma) will be preferred.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of textile , especially in towel manufacturing (Loom/Weaving)
Experience in using ERP systems will get preference.
Key Skills: Electrical troubleshooting, motors and drives, control panels, preventive maintenance, MS Office, and email communication.
Responsibilities & Context
Activities, Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise shift-wise electrical maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
Conduct daily inspection of all panel boards, electrical systems, and equipment in the Sizing & Weaving.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure electrical safety compliance and proper use of PPE.
Ensure proper operation of motors, drives, breakers and control panels.
Maintain records of electrical maintenance, inspections, and equipment performance.
