2) Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in towel or textile manufacturing setup.

Skills:                                         

I. Strong knowledge of textile production processes, especially in towel manufacturing                                  II. Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite/ERP                               

III. Efficient in business communication and coordination skills.                              

IV. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.                                

V. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.      

A. Production Planning:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on confirmed orders and shipment schedules.

• Update production planning sheets and ERP records with order details, quantities, and delivery dates.

• Coordinate production requirements with weaving, processing, dyeing, printing, and stitching departments, as applicable.

• Monitor planned versus actual production and report deviations to the supervisor.

• Follow up on order execution to ensure production is completed within the scheduled timeline.

B. Order & Shipment Monitoring:

• Review customer purchase orders, order quantities, and shipment dates.

• Prepare order-wise production requirements based on customer delivery commitments.

• Monitor order status and identify potential delays in production or shipment.

• Communicate order changes and planning updates to the concerned departments.

• Maintain accurate records of order status, production progress, and shipment commitments.
