Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in towel or textile manufacturing setup.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of textile production processes, especially in towel manufacturing
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite/ERP
Efficient in business communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities & Context

Activities, Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Production Planning:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on confirmed orders and shipment schedules.
Update production planning sheets and ERP records with order details, quantities, and delivery dates.
Coordinate production requirements with weaving, processing, dyeing, printing, and stitching departments, as applicable.
Monitor planned versus actual production and report deviations to the supervisor.
Follow up on order execution to ensure production is completed within the scheduled timeline.
B. Order & Shipment Monitoring:
Review customer purchase orders, order quantities, and shipment dates.
Prepare order-wise production requirements based on customer delivery commitments.
Monitor order status and identify potential delays in production or shipment.
Communicate order changes and planning updates to the concerned departments.
Maintain accurate records of order status, production progress, and shipment commitments.
