Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Post graduate in any discipline, preferably from renowned public/private university.
∎ Diploma in RMG related subject would be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with the marketing team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory/s
∎ Identify qualified vendors and monitor production process.
∎ Ensure smooth merchandising operations.
∎ Good knowledge on fabric, consumption & order follow-up.
∎ Coordinate with factory team and head office team for better operation.
∎ Submit report to the Board on a regular basis regarding the current order status of each merchandising head.
∎ Monitor productivity, on-time delivery of the order with cost control.
∎ Candidate should be energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
∎ Good in public dealing, ability to work under pressure, good time management & good inter personal relationship.
∎ Ensure smooth & timely execution of the order.
∎ Candidate should be able to handle the buyer independently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience with any large garment exporter
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in production, Merchandising and Marketing
∎ Good Communications skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Should have technical knowledge on all types of basic and fashion Knit & Woven Garments
∎ Good manufacturing knowledge of the entire value chain.

Salary: Negotiable
